Utile Engaged for Redevelopment Framework
MassDevelopment has engaged Utile, Inc. to create a redevelopment framework that maximizes the use of the pier, creates local and regional benefits, and supports maritime industries.

Public Meeting
A public meeting for MassDevelopment and Utile to present their draft use study for future uses on the pier. The meeting will be at the New Bedford Whaling Museum, 18 Johnny Cake Hill, New Bedford.
